We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently and, where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, in accordance with those requirements. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information when you use AI Doable websites, tools, communities, courses, workshops, consulting services or other resources.     1.3 Information from AI-enabled tools: If you interact with an AI chat widget, voice AI agent, automated messaging system or similar AI-enabled service operated by AI Doable or implemented for a client, information may include your contact details if provided, the content of your enquiry, and the date and time of the interaction.

    2. Free tools, browser-based resources and local storage

    Some AI Doable tools and browser-based resources may work without requiring an AI Doable account or login. Depending on the tool, information you enter may remain in your browser unless you choose to submit, copy or transfer it to AI Doable or to a third-party service. Some tools may allow you to save information locally in your browser or on your device using local browser storage. Locally stored information may be lost if you clear browser data, use a different browser or device, uninstall or reset an application, or otherwise remove the locally stored information. When you choose to use a third-party AI or technology service, information you submit to that service is handled under that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

    3. How we use personal information

    We may use personal information to:

    6. Overseas storage and disclosure

    Some technology providers used by AI Doable operate or store data outside Australia. Personal information may therefore be processed or stored overseas, including in the United States and potentially other countries in which our service providers operate.

    Our websites may use cookies, analytics tools and similar technologies to operate features, remember preferences, understand usage and improve services. Some AI Doable tools may use local browser storage to save preferences, progress, notes or other information on your device.

    8. How we protect personal information

No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a data breach occurs and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies, we will take the steps required by law.
