3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Some paid services, communities or third-party platforms may also have their own age or eligibility requirements.
4. Accounts and community access
Some AI Doable services may require you to create an account or join a third-party platform. Where an account is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Some AI Doable tools and resources may be available without an AI Doable account or login. Other services, including community, course, workshop or client access, may require an account through GrowthHub 365 or another service provider.
5. Acceptable use
You may use AI Doable websites, tools and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use AI Doable services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
- Interfere with the operation or security of a website, tool or service
- Impersonate AI Doable, its representatives or another person
- Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit protected AI Doable content except where permission has been granted
- Use AI Doable tools in a way that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
6. AI tools and third-party AI services
Some AI Doable resources help you prepare for or interact with third-party artificial intelligence services, including services such as ChatGPT. AI systems can produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI Doable resources are intended to support your own thinking and judgement, not replace them. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated information and deciding whether it is appropriate to rely on, share or act on. When you choose to use a third-party AI service, your use of that service is also subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policy and service conditions.
7. Free digital tools and resources
AI Doable may provide free browser-based tools, conversation starters, templates, prompt resources, downloads and other digital resources for general informational and educational purposes. These resources are designed to help you explore ideas, organise information, learn practical AI skills or prepare content that you may choose to use with third-party services such as ChatGPT. Unless expressly stated otherwise, free digital tools and resources do not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into an AI Doable tool or submit to a third-party AI service.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 AI Doable content: Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, graphics, course materials, worksheets, frameworks, prompts, downloads and original resources made available by AI Doable are owned by or licensed to AI Doable and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited personal licence: You may access and use AI Doable materials for your own personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and any specific licence stated with a product or service. You must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or create a competing commercial product from AI Doable materials without written permission, except where Australian law allows otherwise.
9. User content
Where a service allows you to submit content, comments, files or other material, you retain ownership of your content. You give AI Doable only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process or display that content for the purpose of providing the relevant service. You are responsible for ensuring that content you provide does not infringe another person's rights and that you have permission to provide any personal, confidential or proprietary information it contains.
10. Privacy
AI Doable handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and disclosed.
11. Purchases, fees and refunds
Prices, inclusions, payment schedules and any specific cancellation or refund terms for paid services will be stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, proposal, invoice or service agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where a refund policy applies to a particular product or service, it operates in addition to any rights you may have under Australian law.
12. Australian consumer law
Our goods and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted or modified.
13. Educational information and professional advice
AI Doable provides general educational and informational content. Unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific professional engagement, AI Doable does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where a decision could materially affect your legal rights, finances, health, safety, compliance obligations or business risk.
14. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep our websites, tools and services available and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control. We may make reasonable changes to a service, feature or resource from time to time.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Doable is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, a website, free tool or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through AI tools or third-party services, including checking important information before relying on it.
16. Third-party links and services
AI Doable websites and resources may link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms or services. Those third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability and security practices. A link or integration does not mean AI Doable controls or guarantees the third-party service.
17. Suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms have been seriously breached, there is misuse of a service, payment obligations have not been met, or action is required to protect users, AI Doable, third parties or systems. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Nothing in this section limits any right you have to contact a regulator, consumer protection body, tribunal or court.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published with an updated effective date. If a change materially affects an active paid service, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers where appropriate.
20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
